Salam TV Managing Director Hajj Karim Kaliisa has paid a courtesy visit to Ntungamo District LCV Chairman Sam Mucunguzi Rwakigoba, where he presented him with a Golden Jubilee Medal awarded by President Museveni in recognition of his contribution to national development.

The Managing Director of Salam TV and Salam Charity, Karim Kaliisa, has paid a courtesy visit to the office of Sam Mucunguzi Rwakigoba, Chairman of Ntungamo District, in a move aimed at strengthening ties and recognising service to the nation.

During the visit, Hajj Kaliisa congratulated Mucunguzi upon his election as Ntungamo District LCV Chairman and introduced him to the Smart Community Programme currently being implemented in Rwampara District.

Kaliisa also presented Mucunguzi with the Golden Jubilee Medal awarded by President Yoweri Museveni in recognition of his contribution to national development on behalf of Ntungamo District.

Mucunguzi thanked President Museveni for the recognition and also acknowledged the President’s decision to honour Kaliisa for his contribution to the country through Salam Charity and Next Media.
